– Brewmaster`s diploma from the Scandinavian School of\u00a0<\/a><\/span>Brewing<\/a>,\u00a0Copenhagen.<\/span><\/p>\n

– More than 20 years of working experience of big scale brewing at Saku Brewery<\/a> (Saku \u00d5lletehase AS\/Carlsberg<\/a>) (upgrading production, efficiency improvements, product development, managing of everyday production etc.).<\/span><\/p>\n

– Designing, equipping and start up of Koch craft brewery<\/a> in Tallinn. \u00a06 years of managing and brewing in a craft brewery.<\/span><\/p>\n

– Starting up the production of non-alcoholic and alcoholic beverages, vodkas, etc at Koch O\u00dc.<\/a><\/span><\/p>\n

– Different courses attended in the field of microbiology, hygiene and management. <\/span><\/p>\n

– Long lasting contacts with different suppliers of equipment, raw materials and detergents.<\/span><\/p>\n
