Fermekon OÜ is a small company established in 2015. We give advice to and educate home brewers, craft brewers, producers of other fermented beverages and also people who are just interested in beer and brewing.

We can help with

– choosing the right production technology, equipment and raw materials;

– finding and communicating with the suppliers;

– solving any production or hygiene related issues;

– preparation of documentation, etc.

We also organize different beer courses, which cover a broad spectrum of topics: history of beer and brewing, different beer types, raw materials for brewing, brewing processes and technology, beer serving, etc.
