– Technology engineer`s diploma from the Tallinn University of Technology.
– Brewmaster`s diploma from the Scandinavian School of Brewing, Copenhagen.
– More than 20 years of working experience of big scale brewing at Saku Brewery (Saku Õlletehase AS/Carlsberg) (upgrading production, efficiency improvements, product development, managing of everyday production etc.).
– Designing, equipping and start up of Koch craft brewery in Tallinn. 6 years of managing and brewing in a craft brewery.
– Starting up the production of non-alcoholic and alcoholic beverages, vodkas, etc at Koch OÜ.
– Different courses attended in the field of microbiology, hygiene and management.
– Long lasting contacts with different suppliers of equipment, raw materials and detergents.
