Training courses again from September

We are ready to start  with the following courses from the end of September, after the summer holidays:

Beer school: history of beer and brewing, types of beer, brewing, serving.

Fermented drinks: wine, mead, cider, beer, fruit wine.

 Beer brewing: selecting the right equipment and technology;  execution of the brewing process (if producing from malt extracts or from malt)     

-Raw materials for brewing: different raw materials (water, malt, hops, yeasts), their role  in brewing, quality requirements and processing. 

-Beer serving: conditions, pouring, right glasses etc.  

Classification of  Beers:  principles for classification, comparison of different types of beer, examples

 Matching beer with food

Beer cocktails
