BEER

Beer is a refreshing beverage with lively carbonization, low alcohol content, nice hop aroma and bitterness.

The human`s daily fluid intake is about 2 – 3 liters. Beer is nicely suited to cover that, as it well quenches thirst and tones up thanks to its low alcohol content and carbonation. Beer, in moderate consumption, carries relaxing, stress-relieving effect.

Beer is a good food emulsifier, promoting metabolism and improving appropriation of food. Beer, thanks to its low alcohol content and carbonation, activates the function of digestion enzymes. Beer intensifies appetite. Beer is rich in group B vitamins, such as folic acid, which helps in preventing coronary vascular diseases. It would be wise to consume unfiltered beer, as yeast binds vitamin B1.

Beer and malt are rich in melanoidins and polyphenols, which act as antioxidants, therefore slowing down the aging process of the human body.

Modern studies show that moderate consumption of beer might help to avoid heart vascular diseases. It is alleged that moderate consumption of alcohol reduces the risk of these diseases for about 17%.

Moderate consumption figures given in literature do not exceed 50 – 60 g/day.

Beer and all other alcoholic beverages are meant for wise people to drink. Every smart person needs to know his limits. The human race has consumed alcohol, including beer, for millennia, and smart people have found pleasure, refreshment and health in it. We hope that also the contemporary person continues to have this wisdom.
